Account Registration

Nu pklk may request additional identity verification at any time. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified timeframe, your account may be temporarily suspended.

Age Verification & Identity

You must be at least 18 years old to participate on nu pklk. We take a firm stand against underage gambling and follow strict age verification procedures.

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, nu pklk may request the following documents:

• A clear copy of your National ID (NID) or passport
• A recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification)
• Proof of payment method ownership (bKash/Nagad number verification)
• Selfie or video verification may be required in certain cases

Large withdrawals may be restricted until KYC verification is complete. This is for your protection, to prevent anyone from making unauthorized withdrawals from your account.

Deposits & Payments

Your account must be fully verified before you can withdraw funds from nu pklk. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Bonus funds can only be withdrawn after meeting the applicable wagering requirements.
• Withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 1–24 hours.
• Additional verification may be required for large withdrawals made for the first time.
• Multiple withdrawal requests can be made in a single day, provided the total amount stays within the daily limit.

Bonuses & Promotions

General bonus terms that apply to all offers:

Betting Rules

It is each member's responsibility to read the rules of the relevant game or sport before placing a bet on nu pklk. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.

• Every bet is calculated in real time based on live odds.
• Nu pklk reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• Placing bets on opposing outcomes in the same match (sure betting) is strictly prohibited.
• If one event in a parlay bet is cancelled, it is treated as a "push" and the remaining bets stay active.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nu pklk platform. If any such activity is detected, the account will be immediately closed and the associated balance may be forfeited:

• Creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses.
• Placing bets using bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence.
• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
• Intentionally exploiting system errors or bugs.
• Unauthorized access to another member's account or hacking.
• Match fixing or placing bets using insider information.
• Arbitrage betting or applying strategies aimed at guaranteed profit.

Account Closure & Suspension

Nu pklk reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause in these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to cooperate with the KYC verification process.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• At the direction of law enforcement authorities.
• Account closure at the member's own request.

If an account is closed, the verified balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded, though it may be held during an ongoing investigation. You may also voluntarily request account closure at any time by emailing our support team.

• The arbitrator's decision is binding on both parties.
• English shall govern in the event of any dispute – where a conflict arises from the Bangla translation, the English version will prevail.
